    how do i start promoting a product and such.

    you need to have 25 post and to have been here 14 days to post in the buy/sell forum. Which is probably where you would sell/promote a product.

    Few ways.

    You can create a blog, you can post in forums and leave a link in your sig, you can have a go at google adwords, you can make a review site for a few products.

    The best thing to do first is decide what product you are going to promote and then learn how to sell it.
