www.ipadgamereview.com for sale - 35,000 unique visitors a day

Hi looking to sell my ipad game review site. www.ipadgamereview.com I had this built about a year or so ago after paying $500 for the domain name.

Since its been live its consistently been getting over 35,000 unique visitors a month and over 60,000 thousand pages views. Im really not to internet savvy, but i had grand ideas on making a fortune with this selling ipad games via itunes and the likes.

Since it been running the traffic is growing higher everymonth. Ive now started a more regular business www.houseinspectionsmelbourne.com.au so i have never really done anything with www.ipadgamereview.com

But in the right hands this site could pump big time due to the existing long term traffic ( dont know how im getting so many uniques as ive not done one bit of marketing)

Just think if you could get 30% of all the 35,000 odd gamers coming every month and send them to itunes to purchase the game they were reviewing via your itunes affiliate account. Just one way to make some good money.

Anyway im just not skilled enough to do this and dont really have time so im selling www.ipadgamereview.com

Hi guys i do have some very keen people looking at buying this and partnering. Again i dont know exactly what this is worth. But i know its worth a fair bit due to the targeted top level domain and the amount of traffic its getting with not one drop of SEO.

If anyone can advice me on how i can upload a screen shot of the google analytic here that i took the other day it would be a great help.

Basically im not going to give this away for nothing. Any real guru can see the power of the ipad and related games for now and in the future, and what the potential is for something like this. Any yes the traffic which has been constant for nearly 12 month. A bit of decent SEO and maybe a better site set up and bam your on a million dollar business.

Im not greedy, but im not going to give it away for nothing. Make me some offers!
