[WTS] $512.90 Per Month In Web Hosting Customers

I am looking to sell my webhosting businesses in whole or just the customers. Here are the details:


You will get (2) Web Hosting Sites - www.YorkPAHosting.com (over 4 years old) and www.TheRockHost.com. I have owned York PA Hosting since it's start over 4 years ago. Awhile back I decided to start another hosting company www.TheRockHost.com with a more recognizable and generic domain name. Both sites are custom built. York PA Hosting has a WHMCS interface which you can easily hook a license too. I have a monthly license so you would have to supply your own license.

I don't have traffic stats for these sites. Consider it minimal. Most of the customers I have came from selling them a website and keeping them hosted with me after the sale. Both sites are PR1's with www.YorkPAHosting.com being a 4 year old domain and www.TheRockHost.com being a little over 1 year old.

Both sites together bring in $512.90 in hosting fees monthly. I currently host 462 total sites. Of that $362.90 of the $512.90 is paid via Paypal Subscription directly to my Paypal account each month. I have screenshots of each subscription showing payment history available for any serious buyer via PM upon request. The other $150 comes from one customer who sends me a check monthly. This person hosts 94 sites with me on a reseller account. That person may or may not choose to stay with the new person once I sell so please discount that appropriately. If he stays you will have $150 a month if he leaves you will have 94 less sites to host.

I will expect the new owner to honor this commitment through December at which time you may negotiate a monthly fee for him going forward which will provide additional revenue.

There are 6 annual customers paying $289.94 annually.

I host these sites on a dedicated server. I can provide those details for serious buyers. You can choose to pick up the server dues or move these sites to your hosting. Completely up to you. Only using up approximately 75 GB of space. Bandwidth usage is minimal but I can supply details for serious buyers via PM.

What is the back end cpanel?

 

I will answer questions as best as I can.

1. I spend very little time on the hosting sites and my margin has dwindled because of it. There is very little customer service to be handled. A few questions every now and then that's it. The sever is fully managed by the company that runs my server.

2. Operational expenses are the server $455 a month. The WHMCS is included in that monthly fee.

3. No I don't own the server. The server is located in a DC in Las Vegas.

4. I will not consider bids below $3k. This would be the best for someone that already has a server and or hosting business that would like to simply acquire the customers.

5. It is currently hosted on a server running Cpanel/WHM. Here are the details of the server you could take over if you wish

The current server is a Dual Quad Core Server with Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5410 @ 2.33GHs with HT (Hyper Threading). When I got it I didn't order it with HT but the data center screwed up my order delaying me. I ended up getting to keep the HT for no additional cost. It has 16 GB of RAM with 2 - 500 GB hard drives. Only using 74Gb of space and that is with backups. It's also running CloudLinux. It is well oversized for the amount of sites hosted on it. You could host a ton more sites on this server and the current customer have it paid every month and then some.

I think it would be best to try getting offers on web hosting forums like WHT where there are companies that would love to take on extra clients.

Are these sites hard to maintain?

 

jaws888 - There is very little customer service involved. Low maintenance sites. It pretty much runs on auto pilot. The company I got the server through manages the server so I don't have to do updates myself. Very easy.
