PHP programmer, wanted for small changes!

I need some small changes done for a client.

Basically he wants the name of some fields on his sign up form to change.

e.g Becuase this is a UK site and some fields are relevant to US.
Below is what the form looks like and I will explain the changes! -



Username = OK
Password = OK
Confirm Password = OK
E-mail = OK
Gender = OK
Location = Please change to Nationality
City = Please change to course title and leave blank field
State = Please change to say university
Zip / Postal code = Please delete ZIP and leave the blank field
Date of Birth = OK

Also please can we add the following fields
Graduation year = (drop down box 2008 / 2009 / 2010 / 2011 / 2012 / 2013
Hobbies = (Blank Field)

Also once you are logged in you get the following display as the homepage -

I'll explain what I want done underneath the image.



Where it shows last forum topics, it only shows the last topics made. We would like it to show the last posts made also.

Can you PM me with a quote of how much, when you can do it, how long it will take, and what experience you have.
