There are a lot of reasons about this case. Do you have a lot external links in your footer, for example?

P.S. I saw the blog - it is not good idea to have all your articles at the front page - it slows down the site too much. Please, have in mind that page speed is also a factor in Google SEO.

One thing to watch for is that if you use tags on your WP blogs and/or don't nofollow your archives, then you have duplicate content on your own site. Easy solution, go into WP settings and nofollow the archive section (it's in there somewhere) and delete all your tags.

Hmm... Search some sentences within your context in Google and see what comes up. I have had autoblogs and scraper site steal your content and then you end up as duplicate content.

Sometimes Google panda is strange. I have one site that no matter what I do, will just not respond to any changes. However, I just simply moved onto to other domains that were working.

You need to provide more information, such as the links for both sites in question.
Do you have the blog on a sub-domain? If so, sub domains are seen as indipendant sites by Google. It's a good way to secure one site against the potential fall of another.
In that respect you've done well to maintain your original site against a fall from in your blog.

As mentioned, if you have a lot of articles on your blog, but you only add one every week, then Google will learn to come back to that schedule. This means that if another site steals your content before Google crawls, and the site it ends up on is updated daily (and hence has a higher crawl frequency) you will be seen as the duplicate and not them.

A suggested, search on random lines of your text to see who has been stealing your content, then go after them. If you have a copyright at the bottom of your page you can point this out and tell them that you will do everything in your power to make them remove your content.

    No is not subdomain...
I add one article every week, I cant right more then a week because is going to be not quality content anymore!
I already find a sites that was copy from me, this site banned from Google and host service!
I found more sites that copy my articles but this sites add a link back on my article and also the only display the start of my article and not all of my content as the site that was banned! I cant be a police man and go after spam sites, thats Google work not mine, Panda come for that reasons, and not for the webmasters to be a net-police!

You think is a good idea to also warn the sites that use start of my article and they give me back-link?

Well, what I think is happening is that the sites that are using your content are having it crawled before you are, Google is seeing it on their sites before finding it on yours. So you are being seen as the duplicate.
Having them link back to you won't make any difference if your work is being crawled on a different site, you'll still be seen as the duplicate.

I would suggest that you start updating DAILY. It doesn't have to be a full article every time, just something new to teach Google to come back more regularly than once a week. Then the next time you publish a full article the time for Google to find it will be shorter and anyone who copies it should be seen as the duplicate and not you.

Google is not responsible for copyright breach. If people are using your content without your permission you can demand that they stop and remove it. It is your work and not theirs.

It's all up to you, you could do nothing and continue to be seen as the duplicate, or you could take simple steps to try to reduce the damage and prevent it from happening in the future.
