Is it safe to pay people on Microworkers and sites like that to get your Google +1 up? Any chance of getting banned?

You will get banned if the work is automated.

So if it's completely manual, you wont get banned? Because Microworkers is manual since 1 person likes it then gets paid for that like.

I am still using this service and I have got 235 +1 so far, but I feel kind a uncomfortable that Google will punish this kind of services someday

So far I have used many services to get Facebook likes and haven't had any problems, but Google is different as you can get your website de-indexed without any notice

Yes you will be banned in Google + also, just like in adsence you got punished by invalid clicks. I guess same thing is here also.

That might just lead to your getting banned. Just play it safe and keep it natural.
