Recommend a place to buy traffic from?

If you need to by targeted or semi-targeted traffic, either PPC, links or some other method, where would you go?
I'm looking for places OTHER than AdWords

 

chitika might good for you. But only adwords can save you from spamming or any other invalid clicks. Only Adwords has reserved policy for refunding amount to advertiser if advertiser does't satisfied with the visitor that comming from adsense publisher sites or believe that the visitor is not doing the basic works.

So, my sugestion that spend little bit more momey but at right place.

How do you deal with the fake traffic and fraudlent clciks?
I've heard some horror stories about the second tier search engines like this. Not this one in particular but...

Try Microsoft adcenter by MSN. If you have good knowledge of how to use PPC then you need to try it for quicker traffic.

I agree Mic-Adcenter is pretty good. Decent pricing and an easy to use interface. I really miss Ask sponsored links however. Does anyone know what is up with them? The last time I was going to use them for a PPC campaign, I couldn't even access their sponsored link area.
