    Intro:

    I bought the site for $6,300 from another DP member (maverickk3 - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=36869) a few months back. The site has maintained its PR6 (homepage) and PR4 (MANY subpages) for the past 2 years, throughout which it has become an authority site in the niche.

    Income:

    The website currently has 3 sources of income:

    - TLA ads ($350+/month)
    - CPAlead ($15/month)
    - Other banners/links ($50/month)

    Below is a screenshot of my TLA income during the past 6 months

    Traffic:

    The website’s traffic ranges anywhere from 400-800 UV per day.

    Note: The zero traffic days happened when my website was temporarily down either due to minor technical issues or server’s update.

    Stats:

    - PR6 Homepage, PR4 and PR3 subpages.
    - Backlinks: 71,616
    - Alexa: 554,132

    Auto-pilot:

    The content of the site is updated on a daily basis from editors who are posting relentlessly and for free. On top of that, I receive a bunch of daily requests from people who want to become “editors/authors”.

    Hosting:

    I am currently hosting it on a VPN server (Level 3) on Hostgator together with another one of my sites and it’s working just fine, so hosting is not really an issue. I would however recommend them as a hosting provider because their customer service is really amazing.

    Why am I selling:

    If you have been in the industry for a while like myself, then you know that the potential of a simple PR6 site is much more than $400-$500 per month. This is way beyond a simple PR6 site since it’s being updated on a daily basis and it has more than 150k pages in Google many of which also have high PRs (PR3 and PR4). In other words, if I had the time to actually work on the site, I can see it making upwards of $1,000 per month, but I don’t. I recently launched a few ecommerce sites and they are eating up all of my time, so I don’t have the time to do all the appropriate SEO (linkbuilding, social bookmarking, etc) nor do I have the time to try to sell links on every page. This site would be ideal for someone who either has the time to try and make it reach its full potential or the resources to hire someone for that.

    After sale services: I intend to help the new buyer with the website at least until they settle down. As a result, good communication (i.e. politeness, respect etc) with them is a very big aspect for me. So, please understand that I do reserve the right to reject an offer (no matter how high) on that fact alone. I hope that makes sense.

    Pricing: I have already received an offer for $3,500 so if interested please try to beat that offer. Also, my BIN price is currently at $4,500.
