The site is ranked page 1 for both:

consolidating student loans - #6
consolidate student loans - #7

It's been there for a while now. The potential is there, my time is not. Take it off my hands, throw a CPA on there and refer to consolidation companies for maximum profits.

All content is unique to the website. No paid links to the website. Everything you see is what you get. Uses bluesense theme. Consistent $3-$11 clicks.

Yes, that's what I explained in the OP haha. Anyways, the site does well. It can do much better with CPA leads to debt consolidators or other financial services. PM me with more questions.

 

Here is a screenshot taken today showing the potential traffic levels. Keep in mind the site sits below the fold on page #1. So the traffic levels will increase significantly if pushed above the fold.

It gets around 40 visitors a day, with a shit ton of impressions. Meaning people aren't seeing it in the rankings or have found what they are looking for in higher ranked sites. Rank this higher on page 1 and you'll turn those impressions into visitors.

 

The site is on page 6 for student loan consolidation and student loans. Just FYI, I haven't optimized it too much for these phrases in terms of off page SEO factors. Build some more links with these phrases and it will shoot up in the rankings.

 

Nice Work Done Mate but two authority websites are on the Top positions with .edu and .gov extensions i dont think one can Easily beat them so far very nice work done.

 

I might not sell the site just based off of what you just said . I take these things as challenges! I can bet that I can rank #1 for both these terms over .edu and .gov. I've done it many times before in different niches. It's all about the links you get to your site, and the content quality on the site.

 

Your Challenge is Challenging haha if you sells the site after that you will get tripled . Well what do you think .edu links will boost this up or link pyramid or what ??

 

There are a few tricky things I do to get higher rankings , but yes, some high quality backlinks will get the job done for sure. Link pyramids work OK, but they are a little weak for what they could be. I like to expand upon the link pyramid and tier backlinks like I'm building a firewall.
