How Do You Set Up An Automated Twitter Account That Brings Results

In a Facebook thread aditd said that he had set up automated content into a new twitter account and his sales went crazy (link for comment below)

I'm currently trying to do something similar for the company I work for on their apple accessory site and have had no luck. I have plugged in feeds for the blog, youtube account and two other interesting/related feeds and I am grinding through with a variant of follow-unfollow but haven't been seeing many results so far. I am looking at ways to improve on that for a profit share part-time job I get very soon promoting Android tablets and phones.

Two problems I think I have are:

A) I am scheduling things at the wrong time for my market
b) I'm not following/unfollowing a significant enough amount people

TL/DR

My twitter results suck
1) Does timing of tweets matter
2) What's some good software for auto following/unfollowing

 

i use triberr.auto retweets all my new posts with the help of my tribe members.the more members you have , the more people you can reach in promoting your products

I know about and use social oomph... it's a really great service

Like I said before I think it's simply that I'm stupidly scheduling stuff for China time instead of US time...

It's the only think I can think of.

 

Use welcome DM for new followers. Search for tweeples who tweet in your niche and mention them with your link. And offcourse schedule your tweets to reach the maximum audience.
