    If you want traffic from a particular location, You can optimize keywords such as web design company derby, web designer derby. This way you will be get traffic from those particular areas. It is known as Geo targeting.

    You can do that or you can build backlinks from websites that are ranking for Derby. That way, you get traffic from that area.
