Guys, is someone else facing this issue. Seo Quake - It works well initially, then after some time it shows PR n/a for every link. Yahoo Site Explorer - After using it for few times i get this error "Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999" This 2 tools are extremely useful for me.Please tell me how to fix this issue? Thanks.
Not sure about Yahoo, but SEO Quake is automated software which sends automated quires to google, this is frowned upon by google so you can expect to get these errors from time to time.
I have the same problem with SEOquake, sometimes I can't even google things because of the automated enquiries sending thing. But it is a good add-on anyway.

Can you please help me with Yahoo Site Explorer. I'm able to access yahoo site explorer with proxy site, but then SEO Quake doesn't work. Is it possible to use seo quake while opening yahoo site explorer through proxy. Thanks.
Actually SeoQuake works with proxy, it definitely works with sock proxy. So it's unfortunately difficult to determine why you faced with such problem.

Same.. I often get that problem as well I can't even do googling anymore But it'll be fine if I restart my modem
The Yahoo site explorer does this after you use it from the IP constantly. To avoid this error give it a break and use it after 20-30 minutes. The SEO quake is a tool that questions Google about the PR of each site that you want to see, to do this it sends a request to Google from the same IP. Google doesn't like this and sometimes blocks the IP for an hour and hence you get the error from SEO Quake.
you need to change ip if you get this error. I get this only when I check a large number of websites in a short time,but iff i change the ip then it shows up again.
