No, that is not the problem... The problem is all the other smut in another directory within the site.

I still see it... Maybe you have more than one directory with porn in it... The one I am talking about is still there.
Not to mention do people want their sites advertising for "Uppers Magazine" There is all kind of stuff on that site
well, bikini pictures are not porn. if this is a problem, then forget it. or are you talking about that the pages are still on the server? i think important is that the pages are not linked, so no user can find them.
People who don't know their own sites shouldn't be in the network either. How can you take responsibility for content if you don't have a clue what's on there?
If so, why are you keeping them at those urls...I suspect you are trying to pull a fast one and as soon as your site gets the green light the navigation will be back. Its all very shady and I doubt you will be allowed back in
Even if it isn't linked from where you think it is, I can still get to it - therefore how do I know you haven't linked to it from elsewhere. Yes, the girl is in a bacini on one page, but it's the cartoons having sex that I'd say is against the TOS.
