I noticed in places like Fiverr there are lots of people who can get you 50-100 Facebook fans to your site within a couple hours/days.

My question is, how do these people do it? Obviously, for $5 they aren't doing things manually. Does anyone know the secret?

If you have a fanpage with thousands of users and you post a link to the other page with something attractive, certainly you are going to get those results.
The real challenge consist in making a fanpage with a lot of fans and the answer is with paid advertising, this is not difficoult neither expensive if you know how.

The key to get traffic is how to build a high targeted page with thousands of fans. It's really a hard work.

Most likely bot accounts. In other forums, you can get FB accounts for .10 each...

    Yeah, don't expect real people

Maybe they have an army of Indian guys that do it for $0.01 per "like". It would still be profitable lol.

There are different method to get lots of fans, you can use software or wp-script to get them. If you are using script like mine, you can get a lot of fans instantly.

I would avoid using bots or scripts. These will either get you banned from facebook or even if it works do you really want loads of fans who arent actually interested or interact with your page. Use a proper service that provides real fans that are targeted to your interest. I supply these services by SUGGESTING people to like pages and they have the CHOICE whether to like or not. This way you get fans who actually like what your offering and will interact with your face book fan page.
