Keyword Selection Tools?

Discussion in 'Keywords' started by Amiko, Aug 6, 2011.

    Hey everyone,

I'm currently running a blog about Top 10 lists and girls and stuff, and I'm new to the whole SEO thing. I'm wondering if there are any tools that can recommend the best keywords to use per post and perhaps in the description meta tags for the overall blog?

    Thanks!!

I don't know if many heard about this new tool that's come out about a month ago, but I had a chance to use it for longer and have to say it's amazing. In my opinion this tool is a must-have for internet marketers. Well, what's the disadvantage? Price... it's not free. Guess it's about $77 per month. it's called SECockpit... Haven't seen anything better than this. I was using Market Samurai and Micro Niche Finder, but SeCockpit is at least 10 times better.

    Hope it helped...

It seems a good tool but too expansive imho.
Market Samurai is a one time payment and is an awesome tool so i still think the best in the market in terms of price/value

It's expensive because of reasons... I can't send links in here but type in YouTube SeCockpit and the second video there is a overview it.

The advantage of this tool is that you don't have a blind space between keywords that have been generated by Google keyword tool and the data of the sites that are on the first page of Google.
SeCockpit generates and calculates the strength of competition right after taking the keywords from Google Keyword tool. So you'll see a bar with orange color and it shows you how high the competition is for the keyword at positions 1-3, 4-7, 8-10 and the first page of Google in general. So you just type in a phrase you are looking for and it generates you everything in about 30 seconds. You don't need to click every keyword and wait until the data are downloaded from web.

There is much more in there. You can create a project and it'll take you through steps you need to do to rank high. Tasks like backlinks, how to build them, and much much more. They are going to add a new feature very soon. It's going to be rank checker. You type in your URL and it'll track ranking in Google every day.

But I understand that $77 is a lot to pay every moth. But it'll save you HUGE amount of TIME...

I can recommend you semrush for performing quality keyword analysis. It also not a free tool, but gives a tons of keywords and very good for searching long-tails. And what's more, i find with them keywords which use my competitors, and can analyse their strategy in IM. Registration free, pro account which costs 70$ have a lot of advantages in compare of free version: more results in report, export in .csv and .xls google adwords research and many others. I'm using it quite a long time, and satisfied with it.

SE Cockpit is really good, also SERPIQ. But the best bang for the buck is Market Samauri.

Market Samurai. Its not perfect, there's some things I wish were different about it. But its powerful nonetheless. They have a dojo as well with a slew of videos that will trim the learning curve. You'll need to pour a big pot of coffee to get thru them.

you should use the keywords that have the highest frequency in your post! is not a big deal..and don't add a big number of them!
