    What kind of Chinese do you want to learn,Cantonese or Mandarin? But I'll assume it's Mandarin.(more common)
    I'll spell it as it's pronounced not the correct way so you will understand,here are 2 for you to start with.
    "How are you?"............"Nay ho ma"
    "Friend"..........."Ponyow".
