    My only advice is what I would do. Buy a unique url, install wordpress and transfer the content from your database to the new site. Through wordpress you can chose from hundreds of awesome themes and layouts. With what you have, I believe eblogger does offer various templates you can use. Try adding some color by adding a header or something. It's not very eye catching which makes it tough to keep visitor interest. Nice that you have videos peppered throughout though. Good luck!

    As of now the biggest problem I see with your blog is that you are not posting regularly. Last post was made in April and the post before that was posted last year. First of all start posting regularly and then think of improving it further. Content is king. A small suggestion though, remove those 3 lines from the top of the blog about thanking and all. You can add a contact form later and don't share your email id on the front page of your blog.
