    He is saying about Google Plus.It is newly launched social networking site . weather its trail going on are fully launched was his doubt.

    I can see that a couple of months is long for most people or most websites, but certainly not for a social network site. I can still remember that Gmail was in beta for several years. And Facebook certainly wasn't an overnight success either.

    G+ seems to its initial stages, but they created a buzz in world that made facbook to changes its privancy accounts settings. These things may be different but all these incidents are relevant to each other.
