    if the links are of high Quality and also do follow and most of them are related to your site then you can pay 3-5$/ link.
    people are willing to pay this rate. :)

    Don't you know, buying and selling backlink is against the Google's guidelines?

    And if you get caught while doing this practice, Google may penalize your or ban you for this.
