    if the links are of high Quality and also do follow and most of them are related to your site then you can pay 3-5$/ link.
    people are willing to pay this rate. :)

    It depends on the directory concerned. It can be up and down. Each directory has its own rules, rates and principles.

    Don't you know, buying and selling backlink is against the Google's guidelines?

    And if you get caught while doing this practice, Google may penalize your or ban you for this.
