Hi thanks for you nice sharing I found the following type of sitemap; but you did not make any thing about this; hence, I thought to add them here

You got problem to verify sitemap through Google webmaster account?

 

No need write .xml, just insert your website there. http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ will help to generate the xml (limited to 500 pages). when exceed 500pages, you can use this free tool http://wonderwebware.com/sitemap-generator/

 

Blogspot is build-in with RSS2.0 and atom, that is consider form of sitemap. Submit the xml url to webmaster tool will do.

 

Well i have learnt a lot about sitemaps nad i'll use it for my website.

I couldn't create sitemap for hashbang urls page. How to rectify this? Even if we create manual sitemap, Search engine will crawl my webpage?

I want to change my hashbang(.com/#!/index.html/services.html) to .aspx extensions.But i have page rank for all my pages. How to redirect to new extension without loss my ranking?. Plz help me on these doubts

Agreed. I personally use this for my site. Very easy to learn and seems to generate a sitemap friendly to majour search engines. That being said i am sure there is plentiful alternatives which I have not looked into.

 

As a rule of thumb, put a link to your sitemap in your main index file, this helps the search engines find it better.

 

sitemap is must for every site . it will help to crawl your site faster , and also index in search engine

This is very informative and I get the whole idea of the sitemap. But, do you need like an expertise in programming or binary language to be able to do this in your own site?
