Q : Why this domain has a high PageRank when it's new?
A : Yes, this domain has valid Pagerank that can be check carefully with your own validity pagerank trusted tools, and it's has high pagerank because this domain before I registered, the old owner maintain this domain/site very well, then this domain get great pagerank, but because some reason that I don' know why, the old owner doesn't renew this domain, so I found it and registered again with my favorite registrar company (Godaddy / Name.com), and that's why this domain has high pagerank very soon.

(I always use this tools to check validity of pagerank : CekPR.com and or checkpagerank.net and or rankchecker.com and make sure with type on google search box : "info:domainname" without quote, domainname must be appear there)

Q : Can I get benefit from domain like this?
A : Of course you can, but it all depends on how you build up this domain and used as what, to get high profits you can find references from google or trusted forums and maybe one of them here (DP).
