Need help monetising highly ranked Webmaster Blog

    Hi there guys...

    I have a webmaster blog (see sig) which is ranked #2 after the google websmaster blog on google.com

    So to me, I am doing something right, writing quality articles. I don't update my blog nearly as regularly as I should but I still get the recognition and rankings from google. Pretty much all of the articles on there are also ranked very highly for the common search terms people make when looking for the information I have written on the blog.

    I am not willing to discuss the ins and outs of my traffic but all I can tell you is that reading other people's traffic vs revenue, I should be earning at least $50 a month yet i am earning NOTHING (okay, maybe a dollar or so a month) from adsense on the blog.. For some reason I just get NO revenue (or clicks) on this particular site.

    So I am looking for new ways to monetise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Try selling blogroll links ( PR ) for monthly / quaterly or yearly ... post in DP itself and check out the offers

    Thanks couponsidea.. Rep :) I have considered that recently.. I don't have many outbound links so I feel they could be valuable.. However my PR dropped to 2 lately.. Which is strange, because it cannot be Panda since I have ALL 100% original content... Perhaps its a plugin like WP cumulus - copyscape always reports that as potentially copied content because crawlers see it as "WP Cumulus requires javascript to display. Please update your browser" or something.. I might remove it.

    And if u have good amount of traffic then try CPM banner ads it could bring in some revenue without clicks.... Chitika should help you

    Yes, a CPM network should help your site start bringing in the money. Aside from Chitika, look into Value Click Media. Looking at your site, it should be able to bring in a nice sum -- and way over $50 a month.
