Hi, I am looking for someone who can built backlinks for me around 30. All links should be niche related and coming from atleast PR:2 + websites .. and link will b considered only if its PR is 2+... so no subdomains will be considered, better to have on home page nd should be cached.
You can use Scrapebox and do it yourself. Just scrape urls using your keywords, look for open comments and check PR of found urls... then you can comment

Use scrapebox to find them or SEOquake to check the PR. Honestly though, "related" links are overrated. If they have authority and quality, they count. I have links from Wikipedia and Software domains that have nothing to do with my sites and they have major ranking benefits.
thats true.. But I dont know much about scrapebox , bcus I have to buy it and then I have heard that there are some issues to use them.

Dude, there is no such thing as relevancy when it comes to SEO. Just build the links you can get — screw relevancy
Well.. relevency works in SERP and also building traffic to your website, no matter wat people said, i have experinced it on websites. I never use Scrapbox and all automated softwars ever and thats why i m having problem finding proper links.
The only time you should be putting relevancy into thought is when you're building your website. Not when building links. Yup. Just build all the links you can get — no matter if they're relevant or not. At least try it out
type in google inurl "powered by wordpress" "keyword" and see what comes up check PR and post in high PR sites.
Use a more approachful Do It Yourself on this one, it can't be that difficult and hard work does have its rewards.
