    Pretty simple. $19 for a PR3 site with a branded name geographically targeted and "need urgent PayPal balance." Plus, ownership hasn't been verified - that's a big red flag alone.

    Seriously, who is going to benefit from AZPacificPaper besides the company whose name is on the header?

    Good point. Is there a cost for sellers to verify ownership? If not, Iwonder why more don't do so.
