Well I don't prefer for buying traffic as Google views it negatively and it can harm your site.

I don't agree with w3bmaster
My website was 10 in Google. I changed the text and some pages and that what's what moved it to the 33 position.

So I don't think it should take 6 mounth+ to get back to the page 1

 

you can get tips everywhere on the web, but please remember seo is long term and continuing work. you should keep up with your daily work.
