    Go to article directories like Buzzle.com, Go through the categories available, see whether you have a category of interest, then go to google keyword tool and get to know which keywords you can write about. Try to focus on wide keywords or soon you will run out of content.

    Are you into fashion? Weight loss? Computers? What topics or niches interest you or you have knowledge on? This is important when deciding what your blog will be about. Once you have decided on what your blog will be about, then you can decide on your blog's theme or concept based on your chosen niche. Do your market research and get a keyword list to optimize your posts/articles with. Monetization comes after.
