    the whois doesnt say crap, cause he could have hacked a account (what often happens at godaddy) and transfered it to his own account. The rightful owner will dispute the domain and will get it back.

    LOL , I am sick of these scams and excuses for scamming attempts. The forum admins can check the IP from which the post was made or login IP when the post was made and if it was the original account holder, they should definitely ban the user and the IP to prevent other users from getting scammed.
