trust online friends?? hoenslty... no wayyyyy.. anyone can be sat there pretending to be ya friend..

I wont trust online friends, they are just timepassers and like passing clouds.... They wont be real one..

In the world of internet majority of the people work for their own benefit and they usually break your trust but some people are still loyal and sincere. But for me i don't trust everyone here but yes there are some people i will always trust.

I met my bestfriends online about 10 years ago, and we're stil very good friends until now. we all met online, from a music forum, decided to meet each other since we live in the same country though hourssss away from each other. and after all those years, we've remained friends until this day =]
and i have another friend for almost 5 years now that i havent met, but have trusted him morethan i trust the people here lol [i trust him related to money too and i still do]

 

Its depend upon friend nature.

It always depends on how much trust you can give to your friend, in this world nothing is ever made perfect. So, there's always a possibility to distrust a friend.

I feel it is hard for me to real trust a online friend, unless we knew each other in life later.

 

Sadly, I suspect that many posts here are right: Trust no one!  However, I did get much help and tips from people online.  Doesn't mean I trust them and I don't have to neither.

 

Well i do trust most of my online friends and i haven't even met them. I mean whats the difference with real world friends when their agendas are almost the same.

 

depends on what u mean by 'trust'... usually, i dont have trust my close friends...

 

this thread brings up a really good topic. Why would I trust my "friends" Ive met online? To keep this basic and short, if the person I have met online was through a video game then probably not at all. But people that I have met through online business and that sort, then yes.

But in my opinion I think it really depends on how and where youve met the person online to consider trustworthy.
