Go here and submit your page http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl Go to http://www.aboutus.org/ and create a page for your site. It will get indexed on the first day but make sure your page is clean.

 

you can also go to google webmaster tools and register your website there. It will also give you stats on how many pages google as indexed from your site and so on

with submit your url in google also.

 

Do not submit your sitemap manually at the beginning. Do some social bookmarking and use twitter. Google will automatically index. After that submit sitemap.
