    Just upgrade your ram to like 2gb at least because you won't be able to run anything else other than xp on it if you don't. It's only about $20 and you can run windows 7 hands down it's better than vista in every aspect.

    I've had both, I'm using Vista right now but Windows 7 was epic when I used it - just sucks that some of it was incompatible with the software I used but after what Windows 7 was capable of, in the end I didn't really care about the software I couldn't use. I wish I could upgrade again. However, Vista does its job, even though it freezes on me sometimes.

    After reading and posting on this thread, my computer decided it would be funny to freeze and stuff especially when I'm on the important things - when doing work. I guess it's a definite time for an upgrade haha. Windows 7 here I come. Magnifier and your tools are mine!

    Windows vista was lacking in the software support that hit the Microsoft but with its best updated version window 7 they have removed all the probs that occurred to their previous version of launching.Windows 7 proved to Best OS for the users.
