    I like them in a good place to make money. However, I would use at least one text ad unit.

    It depends, all wisdom with adsense is trying different ads settings. For someone are blue links are better, for someone black, for someone image ads are better, for someone text ads.
    Trying and failing, trying and failing, this is a key to success.

    I would personally rate it as over add'ed try to facilitate the visitors not pushing millions of ads on them. Reduce some ads and make it more comfortable and digestible for your actual visitors you'll ultimately be your profit makers.
