    truly speaking i never used any company seo. i use outsourcing company to have my seo. it is very cheap and very much effective. but you need to guide them what kind of seo you need. if you are active then your freelancer workers are also active. you can try it.

    but if you do not believe them then  try Impressions.com.  good seo company.
