    Pinging is the best way to index your site faster. As hashif said...just follow that. Pinging is the most easier task. So don't get worried.

    IMO, pingomatic.com is the most useful site for pinging blog or website. It is still useful for faster indexing of the website.

    Pingler without a shadow of a doubt is the best ping service. Everytime I use it on any of my sites it is getting indexed in less than one day!

    You can ping a site /blog using pingomatic.com.we use pinging to invite the crawler and tell to crawler that we update the website/blog contents.

    Save your effort guys. First, submit you web site url to Google, Bing/MSN and Ask. (http://www.catanich.com/search-engine-submission.asp) Second, create a Google Webmaster Tools account for your web site. (www.google.com/webmasters/) Third, create and submit an XML Sitemap to Google, Yahoo, Bing/MSN and ASK. All other SEs copy these four. Even now Yahoo is using Bing/MSN services. http://www.catanich.com/sitemap-creation.asp Last, you can ping Google, Bing/MSN and Ask to tell them there are changes to your site (http://www.catanich.com/sitemap-ping-services.asp) Also, there is a way to submit your site via your Robots.txt file (http://www.catanich.com/sitemaps-via-robots-txt.asp)

    Pinging mainly helps in indexing not for ranking. But make sure you dont ping your site very frequently.

    Click Start then go to menu RUN..after that in the text box type ping www.yoursite.com then hit ENTER.
