    simply go for onpage with Territory related keywords like "keyword india" "keyword Chinae" etc and also promote these keywords on external resources as well.

    If you're going to targeting a India, then try to use a key word that peoples are generally more search on that key word, relevance key word, good traffic, acceptable competition etc...Then do it on page and off page optimization!

    actually you have to optimize your keywords locally. then use these keywords in your site and also as anchor text. another way it to do social networking of that area.

    Know the search trends, find out what people are searching for in your targeted area. You can take help of online keywords tool. Add local city/state/country name with your targeted keywords, and include in content body, and also in every meta tags, if possible.

    Get backlinks for those targeted pages using targeted local keywords you have included in your web-pages.

    After perfect On-page optimization, you need to go for local business directory, local forum, classified adv. Try more focus on special target area.
