Come up with a pricing structure and then advertise it in forums and sell it on ebay. Let's say charge $... for posting ...number of twits advertising your products.
That all depends on what you guys are interested in. You can always sign up for an account with Linkshare and sign up for iTunes affiliate program. Linkshare's going to want a website, so give them a blog or better: hubpages. They dont' want to be accused of spamming. Then you when you have an iTunes account you can send a link to the banner. There's also Amazon.com. Sponsored Tweets sells advertising, I believe. Or you can go onto Fiverr.com and offer tweet people's websites to your followers. Be careful, though. If you spam, they'll probably unfollow you. So think it through.

You should put PPC ( pay per click ) adds on it so even if people don't buy the products that you send them you still get a little bit of money? It would be good if it was targeted and was put to them in a conversational sort of way and not too often to keep them interested in you?
You can find websites where to sell text/link of the people you put on your twitter account. Promote your own stuff with it. It's up to you However, if those followers are robots or shitty things like that, you will make no money with that!

You could setup a website offering the service, or you could sell on Fiverr which I think you would do very well on but it would depend on how much you want to charge people per link that you put up on twitter.

I had 10k followers and started advertising. Got some out of it. Try to contact local companies that need advertising 50,000 real followers are a big number for a new company.
Have sponsoredtweets.com a try. They have advertisers from actual companies who would be interesting in tweeting on your account. They pay per tweet.

That is a long list. Give them something useful, build relationship with them. That is one way you'll know how many will response, then that is the time you are ready to sell them stuffs.
Hmm , u can promote your products everyday , but not so frequently , for the followers will feel bored !
If you want to make some money, I'd use fiverr.com. There are a few services the same on there and they seem to rack in a decent amount of money. Check out some of the twitter services there and get an idea on what you can do. $5 for a few tweets about someone's site? Not bad at all.
