    Hey. I'm building a script mostly like Y! Answers and I need someone to create the design for me.

    Basically what I want is some background images and buttons, which I can arrange however I want later.

    Why don't you make an contest for the template (maybe in PSD), and than you will code it and adapt for your script?
    There's only my opinion.
