I would have to say... myself and Kevin Rose (digg.com), he just seems like a cool guy, along with the Google guys
for me alex tew, the guy who created milliondollarhomepage.com Basically you could see how the guy did it from rags to riches and its all on his blog
Aside from big names, I like people who start from scratch, who have the determination and make it happen in just weeks/months of setting up. And the thing is he's outright honest about it. I'd name one, he always amazes me...I wish I could name him but I'd rather not.
Corey Rudl. His success inspired me to start making websites in the begining of internet business era.
Not sure he'd like to be called an entrepreneur, but I have a lot of respect for Aaron Wall from SEO Book. He knows his stuff and doesn't have to rely on hype as so many of the self-proclaimed SEO "gurus" do.
I don't think I've found any that I really connect with. I've learned alot over the years from many different people but no one in particular stands out.
richard branson for the Virgin Group of Companies. hard to believe that it is da guy who owns 400 companies and all this started when he fell in love with a girl and started doing business for her and to marry her and everything for her sake and created history. He even make his own line of airway flights from islands to islands and somewhere i have read that he has an island he owns which is completely private for him and his family . sad that his first love kristen died.
