    I am interested to buy this site but few thing you might want to consider changing like the price you are asking unless you are interested on answering rest question . Would you please mind explaining where and how did you invested over 2K ? i know it's really hard to keep up with site as a web developer and i have been monitering your site for last few months and online users/activities too which is good thing for new site .

    4months hosting left = something like 20-25 if you paid for 6months lease....or else if it was a year then it would be even less as per my calculation .
    xenforo = $140
    Theme = $35
    Directory : Unbranded Licence - $80

    Total comes - $280

    I am ready to pay upfront $550 max looking at the current status of site for last one month . Yes i own several xenforo licenses already and i am familiar how it works too and member of xenforo i have seen your site since it was started .

    I don't think it's unfair for wanting to know where the 2k has been invested. It would help the this a lot. It would definitely help me in my consideration.
    Are you willing to go any less then $700? It appears the activity is dropping a lot ever since you decided to sell.
