Can someone tell me what font this is?

I found this font I really liked and wanted to know what font this is. I've tried some font identifiers but didn't get no where.

Also what are some good ways to make bubbles like that? Thank you for your help!

Here is a brush to make bubbles that are pretty similar. http://www.brusheezy.com/Brushes/1283-Bubble-Brushes-for-Photoshop

That is essentially a soap bubble http://www.photoshopwebsite.com/photoshop-tutorials/35-beautiful-bubbles-photoshop-tutorials/ SEE #5. that is how to do that realistically. What you have in your thread looks like a simple vector or really just a circle in a circle ;)

Not sure about the font unfortunately but it should be fairly easy to find something similar. That is pretty sound though.

    hope that helps,
    Nigel

what font do you believe is close to that?

also how do I make that color tone thing in between?

I really appreciate the answers. I'm just learning my way through graphics.

Not sure about the font but i may be able to poke around in the morning. Its actually pretty close to my logo.

That said, what you are referring to is a gradient. You have a few ways to do it in photoshop. http://www.photoshopdesign.net/ccopy/gradient.htm

that should be the easiest way to do it. The best way to learn photoshop is to get your hands dirty. You just need a bit of tool palette knowledge to get going.

I doubted this is Arial with the added effect from Photoshop. When you type the word at Photoshop, you are able to edit it.

I think bkurious got it, and maybe it has been treated in Illustrator..tiny bit of difference obvious on the "h" and especially "e" the inner white space size is smaller here in this logo

I usually use WhatTheFont to find out which font it is. It might be hard in your case, since letters are very close together.

What the Font looks like it would work pretty well.  I just tried it out and it said it is Vialog Signs Direction 2.  I don't know what that means, but it clearly has a font that it matched for you.
