Open adwords account and problem solved. Google will tell you everything about particular keyword.

You can also find rough traffic estimates from "Google Traffic Estimator" tool

The tools provided by Google are obviously the most accurate so give them a shot.

If google keyword tool say the keyword's search volume is 6000/month and my site rank the first place on google search result.

Does it mean my site will get 6000 IP via this keyword every month??

Just go to Google and type it in - you can also use Google's keyword tool which works very well

No it doesn't mean that, because everyone forgets that on the first page of the search results Google lists 10 pages in default. If everyone of 6000 peoples clicks on your page, you will then get 6000 UV per month, but thats impossible to happend, of course...

For getting the relative search volume you can also try Google insights for search - http://www.google.com/insights/search/. This free tool allows seeing the trends for search phrases as well.

And about getting 100% of clicks in the top spot of page 1 - it's impossible of course. According to some investigation, it was something between 50% and 60% what #1 got. But CTR will depend on some other factors of course, e.g. your title and description. Google also constantly changes the layout of SERPs, adding more ads at the top - thus leaving less chance for the organic results to be clicked. But this usually depends on the competition in the niche.

Those are not accurate. If you want to get exact figures, run a adwords campign with your keyword and track the impression.
