    Never used escrow before and would be weary using it for the first time. That option sadly doesn't work for all of us. I'm pretty positive ill successfully get my money back. This isnt the first time this has happened to me on this forum, and (fingers crossed) I've never not won a dispute yet.

    Its not even racist. Its using common sense. Countries with lower living standards,
    ie: poor countries have a higher percentage of people trying an online scam.
    It is getting easier to track these thief's nowadays, which is good.

    With my case the "seller" has until the 18th Jul to respond (today) so I am hoping to get this resolved within the next few days. As I said before people have tried scamming me before though I've always managed to get my money back. Hopefully this time will be no different.

    Good luck then, report back in 10 days. If he responds to the dispute, make sure to provide any and every evidence you have because you will not have the chance to dispute the payment again.
