Please help a newbie with on page SEO

Hello everyone,

I have built my first site and started to do backlinking to try to get traffic, however
I am working very hard and still see no results.
Somebody told me that my on-page SEO is completely off, and I hear of so many theories that I'm quite confused.

Can anyone take a look at my site and help me clarify things?

some offers show up when your site loads, it is really frustrating. your site looks nice. and it well decorative too. i think you should build more relevant quality backlinks. research on keywords and contents quality too. you can try micro blogging for your site's offers. 

 

I agree, remove the pop-ups from your site. I am sure it will improve the ranking of your site.

 

This image LINK could be named with some of your keywords you are targeting. The layout has a large popup script that should be near the bottom of the page in the code. I would link it relatively to the page if it were my site.

I had deeply analyzed your website & i found so many onpage things which we have to optimize like 301 redirec, title tag, mrta tag Etc.

 

I did not understand the above "This image LINK could be named with some of your keywords you are targeting."
how do I do that?

Also help with meta title needed - how do I do that?
(I'm a real newbie...)

                You should change metatag, tag, title, meta title of your site as per your relevent keyword and also primary keywords for your site.

 

add metatags, title to your site. also make sure tahta the content is relavant to the metatags and keywords. this is very important from the page rank point of view
