Hi, I have 2 sites one for SG(Singapur) and the other one for UK, both sites have exactly same content for few pages, will it create any problem from ranking point of view.
See., the content is content.. whether it belongs to singapur or UK.., content is same.. i can say that it sure creaes a problem in ranking.., better to refresh it with unique contents..
Yes, it would create problem as the same content is on two websites but search engine prefers one website should have fresh content so it automatically be known by the search engine and one of your site would may face problem whichever this site is using duplicate content means on which site you have published the content later. I hope it clears your doubt!
Thanks for all replies, My singapur site lost all ranking before 2-3 days, maximum keywords of that site were on top 5 positions, now they are nowhere, what to do?

It's not a spamming but i will still suggest you to refurbish the content little bit as if you are having two domains either by domainname or by extension then Google will identify them as two different site. In such case duplicate content can cause a bit of problem in sustaining ranking results for long term.
If you have same content Search engines will consider which is indexed first in Google. So better you create unique content for all web pages

if you would knew what is google panda .. you never would came up with such kinda question .. in simple words .. DUPLICATE CONTENT WILL MAKE YOUR SITE DEAD ....
please do not have same contents in both site. it is not advisable to have same contents more than one site.  please rewrite your articles when you submit them in your second site.
Yes i know Google Panda, but still i am here with this question, reason being sometimes we need to show others opinion to the clients, when they ask proof.
Yes it would definately create a problem, I have expereinces where even google ranks lower when the site keywords are same.
This is not good seo tactic. Remove one of the website content and fill it up with fresh unique content it is not late yet. Keep the title and url the same but content cannot be the same it is considered duplicate.
we can say it a crime in posting field .......... its wil realy make your site dead if you not using the fresh content
