Submitting a sitemap in Google's webmaster tools might help. Or manually build a few backlinks on high authority pages that get crawled constantly.

Nick has a great idea to Add a Twitter account with many links in order to get crawled faster. There are also many different Plugins that you can use for crawling when using such hosts as WordPress. These crawls are automatic starting the second you click to crawl your site. Pinging your website by looking up Ping inside of Google search can also speed up the Google crawling process. Another great way to do so is to post at least a few new posts everyday while getting backlinks.

Twitter gets crawled constantly by Google, so those that suggested that are spot on. I also seem to see my crawl rate go up after I do any social bookmarking. Just hit it with an Onlywire shot and it should get crawled pretty soon.

Either submit your site in Google sitemaps or do social bookmarking to increase the chances of getting indexed by Google.

Ping it! Ping your site and if you have something new, like a new page or something new on a page, ping that page as well:)

Did you submit your site map to Google? Well start bookmarking your site on popular social bookmarking sites and keep link building. It'll be indexed automatically as Google crawls social medias faster.

The first and foremost thing to do here is to submit your sitemap Google Webmaster tools. Also bookmark all your pages (yes, all your pages and not the homepage alone) in good and popular social bookmarking sites like Stumbleupon, Delicious, Digg etc.

First, you have not mentioned how old your site is. Was it indexed at all in the first place? Has the problem occurred after you made those change in site? If yes, then how do you know it is no longer indexed?

Wait dude. and also you have nothing to do. :)
you have changed the description and title of the post so it will be considered as the new content but on the base of the older one.
Google already have indexed the 1st one so it will take time to index the newer one :)
    thanks

try to use ping software or tools to help you ping. You can ping with anchor text once your meta tag and content do have changes.
It will help Google Index your website faster.
