how would i know? and if they are live then also they are not giving any kind of reply it means they are live but not interested in my post.
just follow and you can get followers. but it's not that effective in getting traffic on your site. you really need to work hard
I too also found it tuff to get the followers of my own niche it took lot of time and some times dont get
It is hard to get more followers in short time. I have use such site like twiend but my twitter account still far from tons of followers
