    I used to experience problems where an Internet outage can affect my work. Right now I have a backup connection in the form of an HSDPA modem that supports my cable Internet line.

    It's a very Painful and Panic situation for me when the net goes down as i'm a S.E.O Developer and my work is tottaly related to net so , when net stop my work get stop !

    I go crazy, walking around the house looking for something to do thinking of all the work i could have got done if i had the internet, curseing the broadband company, untill it finally comes back on then i sit for hours playing stupid games on facebook wasteing even more time and not getting a bit of work done anyway lol

    Yeh! This is a too common issue with me, but simply because my house has a issue with the phone lines. So when it happens I turn on my 3g on my phone and use that internet till it comes back.

    Other then that its a few nice words to my self about the phone company and then just waiting is the game.

    Hi,

    When connection goes down i just lay down and think when will it goes back.
    Making things that can kill time. And trying to reconnect every time while saying "please connect!" :(
