You need to think about why you are frustrated? If I do that, it will make me even more frustrated. It will be like - "What the heck?!?! I'm frustrated and I don't even know why I'm frustrated?? I need to get a life!!!"
I say to myself "please step away from the computer, slowly, with your hands down. Now walk, don't run, into the family run, turn on the tv, sit your butt down and watch a funny show" LOL! That usually gets my mind away from the issue at hand long enough to calm down and come back with a fresh mind.
I do yoga, it helps me to calm down. If that doesn't work, then I go straight for the chocolate. The dark stuff baby.

I play computer games and then have a sound sleep thinking about the root of my frustration. Sometimes it helps me and when I woke up and go back to work, I get success. You guys can apply this method. It can work well for u guys also.

Think of something to get me motivated again, or think of a way to push the reason why I'm frustrated but on a different approach.
There are breathing techniques which will make you feel calm and relax in just 5 to 10 seconds if you do it will full concentration. For an average person under stress or frustration, talking to some other person of knowledge and trustworthy will ease it all. It is like you are explaining what has happened and the person listens and then you act as if you have shed off the burden from your side to him. This works for me and alcohol, smoking are strictly not of my type.
I usually read a book to calm me down. I don't know why, but book reading just knocks your seances way from the matter of whats happening. So when you concentrate on something else that has different meaning and plot, everything goes pretty smooth for yourself.
