    Hi,
    I really need money urgently so I am ready to sell my two directories:
    http://www.submitdir.com
    http://www.hotld.com

    I am sure everyone interested knows how to check their age, pr autenticity, and other stuff.

    I can provide traffic stats and earning stats to serious buyers.
    Submitdir.com itself makes more than $200/month.

    Price I am asking is $3000 for both. (A month ago had a $4000 offer only for submitdir.com but didn't want to sell).

    its really high price for revenue 200 dollars/month, if u multiply 10 x only $2000

    u asking 3000 almost 15x 200 dollars

    i bid $1500 if u want for both of them

    Those $200/month are made with no investment in the last couple of months, and no marketing, nothing. Probably if somebody would take some good care of them, they would go much higher.

    Also, age of the domains is an important factor for this price, submitdir.com - 5 years, hotld.com - 9 years.
