Be prepared for a real fight. Porn people are some of the most diabolically sharp marketers you'll come across. In that market, black hat tactics are the norm and you'll deal with stuff that is months (or even years) beyond the "main stream" white hat/black hat tactics that are discussed in the forums. Many of the short cut methods we commonly use originated in the adult arena as well. That includes some of the stuff that the big IM gurus "discover" and sell as well. I have to say best of luck, because in that field, you'll more than likely need plenty of it. PS: One tip. Go find an adnetwork or a good affiliate program in that industry and see if they will help you learn the ropes selling their type of service.
